ABOUT ME

Having completed my studies as a sports & exercise scientist at the UK’s No.1 university for sports (‘The Good University Guide 2024’), I am now applying my exercise science expertise professionally as a personal trainer and online fitness coach. My approach to training is very goal focussed, utilising up-to-date evidence-based training principles to maximise progress.

 

My specialist areas are Body Transformations & Athlete Strength & Conditioning; however, my studies have equipped me well to help a diverse range of people achieve a diverse range of goals.

 

Beyond all the scientific ramble, I understand that the best adhered exercise protocols are those that are enjoyable & autonomous. For this reason, I help people find goals that motivate them, so they are able to make life-changing adaptions without monotony.

He is a lovely, genuine chap who is constantly there whenever I am unsure about anything & always takes time out of his day to explain reasoning behind certain aspects of his training programmes. He goes into thorough detail and provides videos, instructions, notes and the even the science behind getting the results I am after!
