"I have known James for a long time & I really mean it when I say he is one of the most knowledgeable people I know when it comes to training and getting results. He is a lovely, genuine chap who is constantly there whenever I am unsure about anything & always takes time out of his day to explain reasoning behind certain aspects of his training programmes. He really loves what he does and it’s evident in his work. Although I am unable to train in person with him anymore due to me living in Cambridge, his online programs and coaching is exceptional. He goes into thorough detail and provides videos, instructions, notes and the even the science behind getting the results I am after! Being a multi sport sportsman, he has been excellent tailoring & changing aspects of my training to best suit my busy schedule, also providing sport specific exercises within my programmes to better my sporting performances. The guy really does know what he’s on about & it’s always been a pleasure to talk to him. I could not recommend him enough and I really hope that I can train in person with him again one day in the future!"
