I have known James for a long time & I really mean it when I say he is one of the most knowledgeable people I know when it comes to training and getting results. He is a lovely, genuine chap who is constantly there whenever I am unsure about anything & always takes time out of his day to explain reasoning behind certain aspects of his training programmes. He really loves what he does and it’s evident in his work. Although I am unable to train in person with him anymore due to me living in Cambridge, his online programs and coaching is exceptional. He goes into thorough detail and provides videos, instructions, notes and the even the science behind getting the results I am after! Being a multi sport sportsman, he has been excellent tailoring & changing aspects of my training to best suit my busy schedule, also providing sport specific exercises within my programmes to better my sporting performances. The guy really does know what he’s on about & it’s always been a pleasure to talk to him. I could not recommend him enough and I really hope that I can train in person with him again one day in the future!

I recently had the pleasure of working with James as my personal trainer, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. I decided to get a personal trainer as I felt something was lacking from my routine... From our first session, it was clear that he is highly knowledgeable and dedicated to his work. After asking what my goals were, he tailored my training sessions to include exercises focusing on plyometrics, strength, and circuit training.

What I appreciated most was his approachable demeanour. He was easy to chat with, making our sessions enjoyable and motivating. I loved how he dived into the details of each exercise, explaining the benefits and techniques behind them, which helped me understand my training better.

Thanks to James, I’ve made significant progress in my fitness journey with only 10 sessions; I feel more fluid and confident in my training. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to elevate their training and achieve their fitness goals.

I have several autoimmune diseases and very unstable joints James has worked wonders fully understanding my medical needs and has been able to help me build strength in my muscles to support my joints. As a result of his knowledge and support I have had less joint instability and less pain plus as each week continues so does my progression.
